Construction completed FY05. ICPROE provided contract administration, acceptance testing services and documentation/software review services for division 13 and I&C SCADA portions of the general contract working with CDG/Arcadis. |

ICPROE has provided study services for a SCADA upgrade to occur FY07. This study included preliminary design/build approach, cost estimates and construction integration / management approach for the main plant and 32 remote sites. |
